Two large balconies, from which you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and mountains, are also part of the villa. The private outdoor area impresses with an infinity pool and a huge very well-kept garden. Here you can relax on one of the sun loungers, have breakfast together at the large dining table or have a party in the evening on the covered terrace with barbecue and lounge. The nearest beach is 2.7km away and can be reached by car in 3 minutes, and the fine white sand beach Platja de Sant Llorenç is also only a 9-minute drive away. There are also several restaurants and bars along the coast, which can be reached in 3-7 minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is a 4-minute drive (2.5km) from the accommodation. The island capital Palma and the airport can be reached in about 50 minutes (65km) by car. Parking spaces are available on the property. There is also a garage for your car. Pets are not allowed.
